District Board Approves Emergency Declaration

On Monday, September 16, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Left Hand Water District approved a Resolution Declaring an Emergency Flooding Disaster within District Boundaries.  “The Left Hand Water District has experienced significant damage as a result of the unprecedented flooding in Boulder and Weld Counties. The District’s Board of Directors has adopted an emergency declaration resolution to ensure the District will have every resource available to it in order to proceed with our recovery efforts,” said Chris Smith, the District’s General Manager.
