Del Camino Zone Affected by Line Flushing

Residents in the Del Camino zone of the District may be experiencing bubbles or cloudiness in their water, and potentially a more noticeable than usual chlorine odor and taste.  The areas impacted would be primarily the Idaho Creek, Rinn Valley Ranch, and neighboring subdivisions.  The water in this zone is supplied through our connection to the Central Weld County Water District, and they have recently repaired one of their large water mains, on which they have been conducting flushing, which causes the characteristics described above.  The water is safe to drink, and we would expect it to return to its normal condition in a few days.
