The Left Hand Water District water system has not been compromised due to the CalWood or Lefthand Canyon fires in Boulder County. The water at any affected homes has been turned off at the meter pit, and the affected areas have been isolated from the rest of the system. There is no threat of cross-connection or backflow from damaged homes. The District’s water is safe to use.
