JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs a variety of difficult, responsible, sensitive and confidential office administrative and secretarial support functions for the General Manager and Board of Directors. Composes and processes a wide range of correspondence, assists in preparation of public relations materials and employee benefits documentation. Administers the employee benefits program and performs a liaison function with other departments and employees. Works under the direct supervision of the Finance Manager and the general supervision of the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of: office administrative practice and procedures; principles and practices of sound business communication; advanced use of word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, database and other software; personnel policies and procedures. Human resources experience a plus.
